Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Leaf & Stone is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Leaf & Stone is not liable for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they leave our facility. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier with the tracking information provided, or reach out to our support team for assistance.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as personal care products, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@leafandstone.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including where to send your item.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Return Address: Provided by customer service upon return request.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a small restocking fee may apply to certain items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

- Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order.
